The concert will highlight the work of Hauser. Schick and Hauser will perform new works and semi-improvised sound-scapes with the 12 percussionists of EnsembleXII in Sushi's intimate theatre setting in downtown San Diego near Petco Park. Preceding the concert will be a 7:15pm pre-concert talk to help the audience gain access to the 100+ instruments on stage. After the concert, the audience will have the opportunity to examine the instruments for themselves in an instrument "petting zoo."
